Service Agreements

For customers that cannot afford to be down, AVS offers Service Agreements. For customers with service agreements, AVS will retain a dedicated field service technician or engineer on call 24 hours, seven days a week, always available with a phone call. The customer is assured of telephone or internet guidance, and if necessary, a site visit by the technician or engineer within an agreed-upon time frame. Often including scheduled preventative maintenance visits, these agreements can be instituted for durations of one or two years.
