The thermal removal of binders can be done in any of our three furnaces. AVS has run binder removal cycles in nitrogen, argon or hydrogen atmospheres for a variety of test items for our customers. AVS toll furnaces can be configured and programmed to remove binders such paraffin, PEG, PVA, and others.
